Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Shape the beef mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

Once the butter is melted and hot, add the beef patties to the skillet.
