Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, melted butter, and cream cheese. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, chop the onion and mince the garlic.

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
