  • 3 scallions, sliced

  • 0.5 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the beef with soy sauce, grated ginger, and black pepper. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
