Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Keto beef floss
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs lightly and add apple cider vinegar, melted butter, and heavy cream. Mix well until fully combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each into a round bun, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
