Begin by preparing the beef. Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain into bite-sized strips.
In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.
While the beef is marinating, prepare the shirataki noodles according to the package instructions. Generally, this involves rinsing them under running water and then boiling them for 2-3 minutes to eliminate any unwanted odor. Drain well and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
