  • 250 ml beef broth
  • 60 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 200 grams almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.

Stir in the sliced mushrooms, cooking until they have softened.
