Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 as needed Avocado oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a nonstick skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Step 3

Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir until the cheese is melted and mixture is thoroughly combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
