Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Pork spareribs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Sugar-free BBQ sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Step 2

Place the pork spareribs on a large baking sheet. Pat them dry with paper towels to ensure the rub sticks.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to form a paste.

Step 4

Rub the spice paste evenly over both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are fully coated.

Step 5

Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the ribs in the preheated oven.

Step 6

Bake for 2.5 hours until the ribs are tender and the meat has shrunk back from the ends of the bones.

Step 7

Remove the foil and brush the ribs generously with the sugar-free BBQ sauce.

Step 8

Increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and return the ribs to the oven, uncovered.

Step 9

Bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce halfway through, until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.

Step 10

Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before cutting them into individual ribs.

Step 11

Serve warm and enjoy your Keto BBQ Pork Ribs!
