  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 1 cup Sugar-free BBQ sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces to resemble bite-sized boneless wings.
