  • 4 pounds Beef back ribs
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Keto BBQ sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cumin.

Step 3

Rub the olive oil over the beef ribs to coat them lightly.

Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs, pressing it into the meat.
