  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Baking soda
  • 4 cups Hot water
  • 2 tablespoons Coarse sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then continue heating in 20-second intervals until completely melted and combined.
