  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded)
  • 0.5 cup Keto-friendly barbecue sauce
  • 0.5 cup Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until melted and mixable.
