  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Sugar-free barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 small Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and smooth. Stir every 30 seconds to ensure even melting.

Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and eggs to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms and the ingredients are well combined.
