  • 4 whole garlic heads
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Remove the outermost layers of skin from the garlic heads, leaving the cloves intact.

Slice about 1/4 inch off the top of each garlic head to expose the individual cloves.
