Ingredients

  • 8 ounces block of feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a medium-sized baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.

Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes, then scatter them around the feta cheese.

Pit and halve the kalamata olives and add them to the dish with the tomatoes.
