Ingredients

  • 200 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Grate the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, if not already grated, and mix them together in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 3

In a separate small bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the cheese mixture, combining thoroughly.

Step 4

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the cheese and egg mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 5

Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and place it onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each scoop slightly using the back of the spoon.
