Ingredients

  • 2 cups Black soybeans, canned and drained
  • 6 slices Bacon, diced
  • 0.5 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Brown erythritol sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the bacon, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
