Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and 5 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
