Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 4 slices Crispy bacon slices
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese, softened (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and 2 ounces of cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. Continue to microwave in 30-second increments until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.

In a separate large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
