Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese (for dough)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese (for topping)
  • 8 ounces Smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 egg Egg wash (1 egg, beaten)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
