  • 2 whole large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (for topping)
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 0.5 whole red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
