Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 6 units large eggs
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter or non-stick spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it's crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside.
