Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cups Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Sea salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cups Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 slices Bacon strips
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 0 Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sea salt until well combined.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
