Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Once cooked, remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess grease.

Step 2

While the bacon is cooking, crack the eggs into a small bowl. Add the heavy cream, salt, and ground black pepper. Beat the mixture with a fork until well combined.

Once the bacon is done and removed from the skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the butter to the same skillet. Let it melt and coat the bottom of the skillet.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, allowing it to spread evenly across the bottom.

Cook the egg mixture gently over low heat until the edges start to set, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Cook for another minute or until the cheese has melted satisfactorily
