Ingredients

  • 6 bacon strips
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small tomato
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Once cooked, remove the bacon and set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk the large eggs with heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Step 3

In the same skillet used for bacon, reduce the heat to low and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

Step 4

Pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to distribute the eggs evenly at the bottom, forming a thin layer. Cook until the edges start to set, about 1-2 minutes.

Step 5

Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top of the eggs and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts and the eggs are fully cooked.

Step 6

Carefully slide the egg wrap onto a plate and repeat the process to make a second wrap.

Step 7

Dice the avocado and tomato, then lay a piece of romaine lettuce on each egg wrap.

Step 8

Crumble 3 bacon strips on each wrap, followed by half the avocado and tomato.

Step 9

Fold each wrap carefully into a burrito shape, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

Step 10

Serve immediately while warm for the best taste and texture.
