Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 whole Avocado, sliced
  • 2 large Iceberg lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Once done, remove the bacon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

In the same skillet over medium-low heat, add the butter and allow it to melt.
