  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, 1 beaten egg, parmesan cheese, and salt.
