Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and let them cool on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and eggs. Stir until all ingredients are well integrated.

Step 4

Add the almond flour, baking powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and parsley to the cheese and egg mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
