  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 slices Bacon strips
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.

Step 2

Crack one egg into the flour mixture and add heavy cream; stir until a thick batter forms.

Step 3

Divide the batter into two microwave-safe mugs and microwave each for about 90 seconds, or until the 'bread' is set and spongy.

Allow the bread to cool slightly, then carefully remove from mugs and slice each piece horizontally to make two rounds.
