  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Heavy cream
  • 2 Bacon slices
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Avocado oil or olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2

Add 1 egg and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined, forming a smooth batter.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture into a greased, microwave-safe ramekin or mug. Microwave on high for 90 seconds until the muffin is set and firm.
