Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 2 5-ounce cans canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 sheets nori seaweed sheets
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon wasabi (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and pit the avocados, then mash them in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

Drain the canned tuna and add it to a separate bowl. Mix in the mayonnaise until well combined.

Step 3

Peel the cucumber and cut it into long, thin strips. Set aside.

Step 4

Lay a nori sheet on a clean, dry surface. Spread a thin layer of mashed avocado over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border along the top edge to help seal the roll.

Add a portion of the tuna mixture in a line across the center of the avocado-covered area.

Place a few strips of cucumber across the tuna.
