Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 can Canned artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the quartered artichoke hearts and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly golden.
