  • 300 grams Cauliflower rice
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 100 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower rice. You can either use store-bought or make your own by pulsing cauliflower florets in a food processor until they resemble rice.

Cook the cauliflower rice in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until it's tender and any moisture has evaporated. Transfer it to a mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
