Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground pork (preferably 80% lean)
  • 0.5 Granny Smith apple
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Dried sage
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel and core the Granny Smith apple. Grate half of it using a box grater and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, grated apple, coconut flour, egg, cinnamon, dried sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a spatula until well combined.
