Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 large Egg white
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder.

Add the egg white and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out to about 1/8-inch thickness.

Peel off the top parchment paper and cut the dough into small squares or rectangles using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.

Transfer the parchment paper with the dough onto the baking sheet.
