  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 2 Fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lime
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the cilantro and parsley under cold water and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Step 2

Remove the stems from the cilantro and parsley, then roughly chop the leaves.

Step 3

Slice the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs for less heat (or leave them in if you prefer a spicier sauce), and roughly chop.

Peel the garlic cloves and roughly chop them.

Step 5

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.

Juice the lime into the blender, ensuring no seeds are added.
