Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Halibut fillets
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges
  • 1 as needed Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Pat dry the halibut fillets with paper towels.

Step 3

In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
