  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until melted.

Stir the mixture to combine the cheeses thoroughly, forming a smooth dough.
