  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 pieces Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Begin by finely chopping the red bell pepper, red onion, garlic cloves, and fresh parsley.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb (or beef) with the chopped vegetables and garlic.
