  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 leaves Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 wedges Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped red bell pepper, grated onion, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
