Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground lamb
  • 250 grams Ground beef
  • 0.5 Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Hot red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a food processor, add the half bell pepper, half onion, and garlic cloves. Process until finely chopped.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, processed vegetable mixture, paprika, cumin, hot red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
