  • 1 lb smoked sausage
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1.5 lb baby red potatoes

  • 3 cloves garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the ends of the green beans. Set aside.

Step 2

Wash the baby red potatoes and cut them into bite-sized quarters.

Step 3

Slice the smoked sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.

Step 4

Dice the yellow onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 5

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the sliced smoked sausage to the skillet and cook until they are browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the sausage from the pan and set them aside.
