  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth or water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 0 optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
