Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Fresh spinach
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cups Sour cream
  • 0.25 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cups Pickled jalapeños, diced
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons Olive oil
  • None Tortilla chips or bread for serving

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn.

Step 3

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Once cooled, finely chop the spinach.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and diced pickled jalapeños. Stir until well combined.

Step 5

Add the chopped spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Step 6

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top starts to turn golden brown.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of bread for dipping. Enjoy!
