  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage
  • 3 large russet potatoes
  • 3 medium carrots

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 cup milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a large casserole dish lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.

Step 2

Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots. Slice the potatoes, carrots, and onion into bite-sized thin rounds. Cut the broccoli florets into smaller chunks if necessary.

Slice the kielbasa sausage into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
