Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 pieces cucumber
  • 1 pieces tomato
  • 0.5 head lettuce
  • 4 pieces pita breads
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 0.5 pieces onion

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and place them in a large bowl.

Step 2

Add olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the beef.

Step 3

Mix well to combine and coat the beef strips with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

While the beef marinates, prepare the garlic sauce by combining plain yogurt and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.

Finely chop the fresh parsley and mix it into the yogurt and mayonnaise mixture. Set aside.
