  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season them evenly with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin on both sides.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

Step 3

Place the chicken thighs in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove them from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
