Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy, casing removed)
  • 8 cups Bread cubes (day-old or dried)
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 stalks Celery (chopped)
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula. Remove from skillet and set aside.
