Directions

Step 1

Clean and pat dry the lamb chops with a paper towel.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder, garam masala, ground coriander, and salt until fully combined.
