  • 0.33 cup Dried cranberries (or raisins)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on two sides for easy bar removal. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Kashi GoLean cereal, rolled oats, chia seeds (if using), and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond butter and honey. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring after each, until the mixture is warm and smooth (around 1 minute total).

Stir the vanilla extract into the warm almond butter and honey mixture.
